Prince K. Nana (born on February 13) is an inventor and the founder of Mayfair Electronics Inc (MEI). He serves as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. His experience includes a strong blend of technology and business. He is responsible for piloting and executing corporate plans to fruition and oversees overall corporate strategic plans and day-to-day operations at MEI.
Edward K. Prah (born on July 18) serves as Member of the Board and the Chief Information Officer. He is responsible for overseeing all IT infrastructure operations, business applications development, support and maintenance, including information service delivery and security at MEI. He also works closely with MEI's internal business partners in designing IT strategies, processes and architecture to support MEI's maturity in emerging trends and market segments.
Mayfair V. Yates (born on July 24) serves as Vice Chairwoman and President. She maintains MEI's vision, direction and progress. She also manages corporate requirements and promote MEI's brand name through marketing communications, public relations and advertising.
Sampson K. Dankwah (born on September 9) serves as Member of the Board and General Counsel and has worldwide oversight for the company's legal, corporate governance, security and government relations activities. He brings over 25 years of corporate experience to MEI in both knowledge and organizational development. He is responsible for drafting and review contracts, and provides legal consulting services and manages MEI's IP-related rights, including without limitation patents, trademark, licensing and copyrights.
Kimberly M. Smith (born on September 14) serves as a Member of the Board, Senior Project Manager and the Director of Human Resources Department. She is responsible for developing strategies and programs to enhance staffing, compensation, benefits, executive development, diversity, and workplace culture for MEI. She is also responsible for organizing and processing client's projects to completion.
